The practice will be closed in June and July 2016, and bookings for new clients will now commence in August.
Many of you will not want to wait until August so I recommend my colleague, Lorna Cordwell, at www.hypno-london.com. The National Council for Hypnotherapy and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council also provide details of registered hypnotherapists.
Below are some of the most common issues I've helped hundreds of clients to overcome.
"Before I visited Olivia I suffered from anxiety so badly that it would physically affect me, I wouldn't be able to leave my house. After a bit of research I saw on the NHS website that hypnotherapy can help lessen the effects, and I was lucky enough to find Olivia. I cannot praise Olivia enough, she is a warm individual who has helped me overcome my anxiety. Now I have no problems, I can go out happily and enjoy myself." (Sam, North London)

Hypnosis - is it safe?
Hypnosis is a pleasant and natural state of deep relaxation that you allow yourself to enter by following the suggestions given to you by the hypnotherapist. In this relaxed state of hypnosis, the creative, intuitive part of the mind becomes dominant, so that your imagination can focus on and absorb self-empowering suggestions. You are always in control and can come out of hypnosis any time you want. Clinical hypnosis has been widely researched and found to be a safe and effective treatment for a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
The method I use is known as Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) which combines CBT with hypnosis. CBH is at the forefront of modern clinical hypnotherapy practice and uses only scientifically validated techniques. Many clinical studies show that this method is more effective in treating a wide range of emotional and psychological issues than either therapy used in isolation. The treatment focuses on solutions which resolve your specific issues and meet your goals. By accessing both the rational and creative parts of the mind, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy achieves rapid and lasting results and clients usually begin to feel the beneficial effects after just one or two sessions. For more information about Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy click on CBH.
